Care and maintenance

The TILE Collection is a handwoven cut-pile rug with a tile-inspired motif.
It features a “double backing” construction, making it exceptionally durable and flexible.

After weaving, the tile pattern is sculpted by hand with large scissors — imagine an oversized version of hair clippers at the salon. The pile height of each tile varies slightly, creating soft shadows that shift as the light changes throughout your day.

Designed by Mark Krebs, a Montreal-based company.

80% wool
20% cotton

TECHNIQUE
TILE is a low-pile rug made on a manual loom. It is tightly woven with a very high density — the highest of all our rug collections.
100% of the materials used are natural, meaning the colors and patterns of your TILE rug will be subtly unique — no two pieces are ever exactly the same.
