When you place an order on our site, you help protect the planet (Shopify Planet program).
We are proud participants in a program that funds businesses dedicated to planetary protection. In partnership with Shopify, the Canadian company that powers our website, every order you place helps finance companies that clean our oceans, safeguard our land, or capture harmful atmospheric carbon. We are global citizens, and through this program, we are also active protectors of our Planet. For every purchase, a portion of your order's total is sent to one of these vital environmental initiatives.
Learn more about this program in the explanatory video below (in English only).
Here's what this global program has achieved:
Removed 48,466 tonnes of carbon emissions.
Coeur d'Artichaut allocates a portion of all online orders to participate in this program.
Every order you place helps bring to life actions that protect the environment.
Our Community Initiatives
Protecting the Amazon
In January 2020, Coeur d'Artichaut was one of the sponsors of an event at the Rialto Theatre featuring Sofia Nolin, Ariane Moffat, Salomé Leclerc, La Force, Patrick Watson, Erika Angel, Arthur H, and many others. The goal of this concert was to raise funds to protect over 4,500 hectares of the Amazon rainforest. To learn more: Junglekeepers
YMCA Montreal
On October 18, 2022, the YMCA's major gala, "The Peace Medals," was held. This event honors citizens and companies who contribute to building more cohesive and harmonious communities.
Coeur d'Artichaut donated several items for auction at this gala to raise funds for financing the YMCA's social initiatives.
Aiding Ukraine
When the war in Ukraine broke out, we asked ourselves how we could act at our level to help the Ukrainian populations taking refuge in Poland. We usually import merchandise from Europe, but this time, we activated our partners to do the opposite: send 400 kg of clothing, comforters for children, and diapers.
The transport was 100% financed by Coeur d'Artichaut.
