Goods Return
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of the product.

Products of the following categories can not be reimbursed : clothes (kids or adult), jewelry. We offer an exchange or a credit note on those categories of products clothes (kids or adult), jewelry, cushion, mattress, bedding.

Products on sale, promotions, discounts are final sales and therefore non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition with the labels to the following address:

Shipping and handling costs for returns are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
