A delicate, simple, and wonderfully soft pendant lamp, entirely handcrafted by designer Mylène Scotto.
Pale is composed of 8 petals; in this precious version, these are made of brass. This finish allows for a lamp whose shape remains flat and fixed over time (unlike the "original" rattan finish, where the petals gradually fall until the lamp becomes more enveloping).
Lamps handcrafted in Mylène Scotto's workshop in southwestern France.
These luminaires are handmade, to order; please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
Georges lamps are delivered with their ceiling rose and a 40-inch (100cm) rod.
Two diameters available: 31 or 47 inches / 80 or 120 cm.
Centième pendant lamps are manufactured at Château de Méritein, the company's Bearnese factory in France. Each petal is entirely handcrafted from a rattan stem over which a cotton cheesecloth, hand-painted with a blend of natural pigments, is stretched. All components of the Centième pendant lamps come from France.
