To protect them from liquids and other soiling, some of our models are covered with a stain-treated textile. It is therefore not recommended to wash or dry-clean these treated fabrics, as they may lose their stain protection. Always consult the care symbols on the label before dry cleaning or machine washing.

The effectiveness of the stain treatment naturally decreases over time and will need to be renewed periodically. Depending on the use of the surfaces, it may be necessary to apply a treatment up to once a year for indoor furniture. To maintain this protection, or to protect untreated fabrics, we recommend using Ethnicraft Textile Protector.

Clean up any spills or stains immediately. We recommend using Ethnicraft Textile Cleaner, followed by the application of Ethnicraft Textile Protector. Always follow the instructions on the bottle.

For daily dusting, use a dry cloth. For cleaning or in case of liquid spills, use a damp cloth and natural soap. Rub in the direction of the wood grain. Do not use soaps containing detergents or other chemical products. Dry with a clean, soft cloth to avoid water marks.

It is always recommended to protect the furniture top with a coaster, mouse pad, or placemat, as intensive and repeated daily use or excessive heat can damage the appearance of the wood.

Occasionally move objects (flower pots, vases, etc.) placed on the furniture and immediately remove any excess water or moisture to prevent the formation of marks on the furniture surface.
