We offer deliveries everywhere in Canada and USA.
Cost shipping structure for Canada
-14$ for orders between 0 and 120$ - Québec and Ontario

- $7 for orders under $120, on the Island of Montreal only
-19.95$ for orders between 0 and 120$ : Rest of Canada
- free for orders above 120$*

*For heavy and large objects like chairs, console, coffee table, lampshade etc; additional shipping fees applies.
Cœur d’Artichaut ships across Canada and the USA

Orders for Mark Krebs and Gharyan, Canada Untamed, Oleka Canvas products are fulfilled directly from their warehouses. Shipping costs are determined by these specific brands.

For the USA, our shipping cost are   : 
Until 150$ US : shipping cost : 18$ US
Above 150$ US : free shipping *exception large/heavy items

Customs & Duties Notice:
Orders delivered to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by U.S. Customs. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders and Deliveries - other than the Canada/USA:

Product Availability : We do our best to ensure the accuracy of our online inventory but an item might be out-of-stock. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything preventing us from shipping your order.

Goods Return : Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of the product. Products on sale, promotions, discounts and all jewelry are final sales and therefore non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition with the labels to the following address:

Shipping and handling costs for returns are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. A confirmation email will be sent to you once we receive your package and the return transaction is completed. We retain the right to refuse a return if the goods do not meet our return policies. REIMBURSEMENT OR EXCHANGE POSSIBLE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE OF ALL REGULAR PRICED ITEMS, MUST HAVE RECEIPT, TAG AND ORIGINAL WRAPPING.
